Project Manager for telecom.
Provide to the customers a plan , execution, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan, also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Experience and Skills required:
A) BS/MS in Electronic or Industrial Engineering with experience in Project Management.
B) Understand technical components of project from conception through implementation.
C) Posses the ability to work independently in varying environments within customer organizations.
D) Must be self started showing a high degree of innovation and creativity able to manage other engineers.
E) Posses the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, contractors and associates.
F) Understands both Company’s and customers’ objectives and strategies.
G) Manages through the ambiguity, stress and uncertainty of the work environment.
H) Knows the roles and deliverables of his work in relation to other work teams and in relation to their business unit and customers.
I) Effective written, oral and analytical skills.
J) Bilingual in English and Spanish
