| Job Description: |
Conduct effective business workshops with stakeholders to capture business level requirements.
• Analyze Business process Data.
• Map and review current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities and improving business processes.
• Collect and analyze data in the current status and present results of analysis along with feasible recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure proper coordination between the IT organization and process owners by defining conceptual and contextual levels of detail in the business process models.
•Demonstrate to the process owner opportunities for best practice process orchestration and control
•Create required BRS, BP Decomposition & Functional requirement documents using Enterprise Architecture tool
•Define Enterprise Business Model – Business Flow. And document Business Flow Diagrams.
•Document & designing As-Is & To-Be process flow maps.
•Maintain Record Quality Analysis & Financial Information
•Identify Business Rules Governing the Process Flow Activities & Creating Details Process Flow Activities & Events
• Document and maintaining Information Entities Life Cycle Details
• Liaise and interface with a range of stakeholders
• Perform data collection and analysis to assess process performance
