Skills Required:: |
Major requirements for this position are:
- 3 - 4 years of experience on Recording tools, focusing on NICE vers. 8 and /or "Perform".
- Strong skills as NICE Administrator, experience in Server Management for Large NICE environment. Installation and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge and interaction of AVAYA telephony system
- Cultural understanding with facilities in different countries preferred |
