Windows Systems Administrator Administrador de Sistemas / Servidores Windows
• 5-8 years experience in Windows Systems Administration (of which 3-4 years are Server-side administration)
• Excellent Communication skills (Spoken/Written English)
• Windows 2000/2003 – Installation/Configuration/Support on HP/IBM servers
• Active Directory (Multi-site/Multi-domain) – Migration experience preferred
• Windows Clustering Technologies
• Citrix Metaframe/Presentation Server (3.x/4.x, Licensing, Web Interface, Application Publishing, Resource Management, Printing Technologies, Troubleshooting, DSMaint and other utilities)
• File/Print Server Management (Managing print queues/permissions/settings, etc)
• Working knowledge of ITIL Processes (Incident/Problem/Change management) using Remedy/Service Center/Clarify/HP OpenView
• Additional:
• One or more patching tools/technologies (UpdateExpert, WSUS, etc)
• One or more Anti-virus tools (McAfee/Symantec)
• Good understanding/experience of VMWare (Virtual Center)
• Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting TSM client backups
• Required Certifications: MCSE on Windows 2000/2003
• Preferred: Citrix & VMWare Training/Certification
