Operations:
• Enterprise environment experience 500+ server environments
• Following SOP’s
• Mom / Scom system modeling
• Support Process Development
• Work to timelines / effectively manage time
• Patience for repetitive operational work
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint as a collaboration tool
Writing:
• System Implementation documentation
• Work Instructions / SOP’s
• Problem descriptions / resolutions
Communications:
• Ability to work in teams
• Ability to communicate effectively
