Essential Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
O Requires a Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Electronics & communications engineering or similar technical discipline.
O Requires 2-5 years of professional experience in RF circuit design/development, preferably including the knowledge in digital communication modulation techniques.
Primary Responsibility:
1. Understanding the Technical Specifications/requirements for the products considering all the global standards.
2. Design/development of modules & subsystems according to the Technical requirements using the Soft ware tools.
3. Design and testing experience of general purpose amplifiers, Power amplifiers ranging from 1W to 100W, mixers, filters, VCOs, Synthesizers, analog IQ modulators, attenuators, couplers, isolators, circulators and other RF components.
4. Performed budget analysis, design, test and optimization of a high gain power module for use in a cellular communications amplifier.
5. Integration and System level testing with the designed modules.
6. Need to produce Documents for testing, production, including hardware and software changes made in Design process.

Skills Required:: |
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
O Requires a working knowledge in small signal designs of LNAs, small signal Amplifiers, Synthesizers, power dividers, couplers, switches
O Require good knowledge in designing Class A,B Power amplifiers, feedforward power amplifiers, high efficiency power amplifier design techniques and pre-distorters etc.,.
O Requires knowledge on basic RF systems like Repeaters, Transmitters, receivers, RF Front End including troubleshooting.
O Requires Wireless background – GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/Wimax/LTE…etc
O Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, VNA’s, Noise figure analyzers,power meters and similar equipment.
O Experience with RF Design tools i.E., ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB...Etc.
O Experience with other Engineering software’s i.E., AutoCAD, Solid works, Labview, Mentor graphics schematic capture.
O Requires strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical ability, and the ability to build positive relationships and interface effectively across organizational lines within the company.
