A leading provider of banking and payments software worldwide is recruiting for a BA for their global product development team, to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for enhancements to their software. You will design solutions to hard, real-world problems, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exp/Education:
• 3+ yrs exp as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Computer Science / Information Systems degree
• Relevant EFT and retail or banking industry experience strong adv
Skill:
• Professional and able to work collaboratively with highly skilled technical teams and the product strategy team
• Build a more detailed understanding of high level business requirements
• Solid business acumen, with experience in the development of Business Cases and Business Requirements Specifications
• Technical insight & understanding of architecture
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate needs into clearly defined requirements
• A commitment to quality and process maturity
• The ability to estimate work effort required for analysis and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
