A Jnr Programmer is needed for their Business Services department division at their Bellville office.
Requirements:
Matric or Grade 12 qualification
Tertiary qualification in IT / Programming / Analysis
2-3 yrs related industry exp including the latest/current version of VB, VB.Net & SQL
Understanding of asset management industry, financial markets and instruments adv
Responsibilities:
Analysis of user requests and queries and the ability to propose technically sound and robust application solutions.
Development, testing, implementation (including training) of in-house investment related applications, these may be administration, Client, Investment Performance, front office or integration related.
Automation of current manual processes e.g. reconciliations, data/file uploads.
On going maintenance and support of the above.
On going maintenance and support of existing in-house applications.
Understanding, analysing & resolving various system & data reconciliations across all MetAMs systems.
