Be part of a team that delivers and develops training material for banking related products. Training Materials include anything from participant manuals, trainer manuals, PowerPoint presentations, software demonstrations and ancillary materials such as virtual machine–based training environments.
Exp/education:
• Software development experience is a strong recommendation, Java adv
• Teaching or corporate training experience, pref in Java Dev
• Familiarity with concepts such as topic-based writing, DITA and SCORM would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree & 2 years relevant work experience.
Requirements:
• Present technical training in an accessible yet authoritative way.
• Interact with clients with a professional manner.
• Required to travel extensively internationally to deliver training.
• Ability to coordinate and execute training sessions at client sites around the world.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Understand the functioning of complex software quickly and thoroughly.
• Distil and communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• The ability to work effectively with developers and other subject matter experts to gather information.
• Plan and execute materials development to the cost, time, quality and scope parameters identified in the relevant training project.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
