Job Description
*Identify and sell to customer needs for Starlink products and services on every call in order to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
*Meet or exceed all assigned targets for sales, call handle time, quality and customer satisfaction.
*Follow up and communicate with specific departments for escalation and resolution of more complex problems.
*Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to improve performance.
*Learn and embrace new Call Centre initiatives and training as business needs change.
*Ensure consistent availability to work within the Call Centre’s hours of operation and remain 100% compliant with expectations for punctuality and attendance.
*Perform other duties and special projects as required.
