The role of the job is to provide proactive player development specifically for German VIP members with possibility of some White Labels with the aim of increasing the member’s loyalty and retention and to provide email, phone and Live Chat support for all VIP members of our brands. The VIP Department will present the company in the most professional and personal manner possible, thus ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of this very important group of customers. Each representative will be personally responsible for a group of customers and will be required to initiate and maintain contact and get to know their members. To provide service that is oriented towards gaining additional members and to retain existing customers. You must be fluent in German and English and have previous experience of working within the online gaming industry ideally within Customer Services. |
