Applicants for the role of Flash Web Developer should:
Be passionate about Marketing, Advertising, Trends, and Culture
Have a four year degree from a well known college, university, or technical school
Understand technology as well as how to use common websites and applications
(i.e. Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Facebook, etc.)
Be knowledgeable about web design from a visual perspective knowing how to optimize graphics, import them to Flash, and animate them to deliver world-class work
Have an understanding of Actionscript and other development languages. Deep understanding or ability to deliver an end-to-end solution is a MAJOR plus!
Have relevant previous work experience
Responsibilities will include:
Developing websites and applications utilizing Flash and other relevant applications
Working professionally and efficiently with an attention to detail to deliver work
Providing ideas on how to improve projects and lending insights to new business pitches
