| Job Description: |
1. Trainer shall be responsible for the organization and delivery of both Product-Specific and Skills Enhancement Training for outbound sales campaigns.
2. The reservation of training rooms and ensuring that all the equipment needed is available and functional.
3. Responsible for the generation of training reports, training needs analysis as well as training and development initiatives for the accounts supported.
4. Responsible for the creation, maintenance and reproduction of training materials and handouts.
5. Communication with both internal and external clients regarding training updates and recommendations.
6. Attending calibrations, focused group discussions and town hall meetings.
7. Certifying trainees, especially when it comes to matters concerning skills enhancement training.
