Essential:
Good understanding of the Banks mainframe transaction and database infrastructure
Familiar with the Banks problem and change management system
Good knowledge / understanding of the Banks mainframes and applications
IT security awareness
Able to communicate at all levels
Excellent understanding of Mainframe operating system tools: TSO, JCL, SDSF.
Good understanding of at least one of the following: IMS, DB2
Basic understanding of at least one of the following: MQ, DATACOM
Previous experience in a programming language
General understanding of IT operating systems and hardware
Able to work under pressure
Strong customer skills
Preferred:
Experience in Assembler Programming Language
This position is on 6 months contract further renewable to 1year and further convertible to permanent completely based on performance. Overseas candidates are welcome to apply regardless of VISA status. |
