Pinnacle Technical Services is seeking Technical Support agents for a large telecom call center located in Richardson TX. This is a high call volume and fast pace call center. The majority of the calls will be inbound, and you will be speaking with customers, field techs, and other members of the organization. This is a contract role, and the pay begins at $15 per hour. You must be flexible to work any shift, which could include overnight. Qualified agents should meet the following minimum qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years call center experience
*Excellent customer service
*Understanding of PC Technology
*Must be able to pass pre employment screens
*Must be able to work any shift
