Archibat is looking for a Senior Urban Planner for a foreign compagny based in China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in the relevant discipline;
2. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in project implementation from conception to delivery;
3. Good understanding and familiar with national design code and standard
4. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
5. Ability to lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality
6. Working in sizable international design firm experience preferred;
7. Working experience in projects like sizable community, industrial park, new town design, old town regeneration preferred
