Required qualifications – American Board Certification with post 3 - 5 years experience after completion of the Boards at Consultant level.
The compensation breakdown for the above specialties is as follows:
Base Salary.
Transport allowance of Dhs.600/- per month.
Housing provided – 4 bedroom villa.
Furnishing allowance.
Utilities paid by the hospital.
Children’s Educational Allowance of Dhs.25,000 per child upto two eligible children, starting from the age of 6 years upto 18 years of age.
Travel tickets – for self, spouse and upto two children upto the age of 18 years.
Medical Insurance - for self, spouse and upto two eligible children upto the age of 18 years.
Malpractice Insurance provided.
CME leave of 7 days.
30 days Annual leave.
End of service benefit.
Mobilisation ticket for self, spouse and two eligible children upto 18 years of age.
The base salary depends on the candidate’s experience, scope of practice, qualifications, training etc;
