• Quantity Surveyors/ Cost Engineers/ Procurement Specialists
• Soils/Materials/Pavement Engineer
• Roads/ Highway/ Bridge Engineers
• Transportation Economist/ Planners
• Port/ Waterway/ Marine Engineers
• Land/ Bathymetric/ Survey Engineers
• Construction Supervisors/ Construction Resident Engineers/Managers
• Oceanography/Hydrology/Dredging Specialists
• Structural/ Civil Engineers
• Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Protection Engineers
Applicants must have at least the following qualifications:
- Ten (10) or more years related professional experience
- P.E. license or international equivalent preferred but not required
- Bachelors Degree in related field is required, Masters and/or Ph.D a plus
- International project staff are usually part of multi-disciplined teams, thus the ability to collaborate well with others and sensitivity to cultural differences are helpful
- Ability to communicate well in English is essential.
- International experience is desirable: USA, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Pacific/Oceania
- U.S. Federal Government or Military project experience a plus
