| Job Description: |
Role:
Using automated process toolset to construct, deploy and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle methodology which is used to manage projects within the organisation.
Support a set of project management tools to achieve oversight and control objectives at project, program and portfolio level and which includes an executive dashboard.
Implementation of IT policies, standards & guidelines.
Implementation of metrics (including KPI`s and Scorecard) to
(a) facilitate a consistent approach to project management;
(b) to monitor and improve project performance;
(c) to measure project contributions to business performance;
(d) to monitor customer perception.
Establishment of the knowledge management framework and introduction of tools, templates and practices for managing project knowledge including reporting, collaboration, and methods for compiling and using project post-mortem information and feedback.
Perform administrator duties including
§ Maintaining user groups and security permissions
§ Generating & maintaining OLAP cubes
§ Establishing KPI & maintaining various indicators

Qualification and Experience:

Skills Required:: |
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. IT
Training in Project Management tools and techniques
Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in an IT environment
Experience of working in a PMO
Previous experience in advanced use of PM tools and methods
Experience in a customer facing environment
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
If not UAE Nationality, previous experience of working in a foreign country
