GRS Global Recruitment Solutions is the leading international recruitment consultancy based in Cyprus. We recruit across Cyprus, Bermuda, Caribbean, Middle East & Africa and Europe.
Due to an internal restructure we are now seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Nicosia team in the capacity of Branch Manager.
You will be joining an established branch managing a team of consultants who are currently working towards KPI’s and targets. This will be a hands-on sales managerial role where you will be actively involved in coaching and mentoring the consultants within the branch in order to increase/continue the successful service levels with existing clients whilst acquiring new business and driving business growth forward in line with company expectations. You will be responsible for attending many client visits to maximise the potential of GRS within the Cyprus market and assist the current team with recruitment proposals to ensure that the business is secured.
Remuneration:
You will have no limitations on geographic territory or market sectors and will recruit in both the Contract and Permanent sectors for your clients. As well as an attractive base salary you will receive 15%-20% monthly tiered commission of everything you bill within the local Cyprus market, with no thresholds or ceilings to your earnings and an additional BM quarterly performance bonus.

If you are currently working in the UK for a leading recruitment consultancy, have enjoyed success in the UK recruitment sector and are seeking to move to Cyprus then we would also be interested in talking to you.
