Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to support and manage the communications networks of T-Systems Inc. Customers. In addition, the position also requires implementing new networks, performing changes to existing networks and assisting the Solution Design and Sales teams with the development of new communication network solutions. |

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
• Provide network configuration, installation, documentation and support for network services customers with regards to the contracted SLAs
• Provide 2nd level support for the T-Systems Inc. Support Center and DCO Groups with regards to customer network, NT server, PC, and printer communications issues and configurations
• Perform network implementation project management functions for new network implementations and existing network modifications
• Work with the Solution Design and Sales teams to create robust network solutions
• Provide network consulting services for T-Systems Inc. Customers in conjunction with the T-Systems Inc. Solution Design and Sales teams
• Create, review and modify existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency
• Document configurations of supported customer environments
