| Job Description: |
Contract senior level position in the mining sector in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Salary: Us$120k – Us$140k with 20% bonus (tax Free).
Position report to: UG Maintenance Fleet Coordinator
This is a single residential position as opposed to a fly-in-fly-out position. Ample leave is provided with a travelling allowance paid per annum in addition to the annual package specified.
Qualifications:
• Strong technical background
• Mechanical Degree / Equivalent
Key Technical Skills Required:
• Experience in maintenance of UG equipments Atlas Copco and Sandvik brands.
• Expert in electrical hydraulic systems for semi mobile equipments as jumbos, boltec, simbas and scaletec machines.
• Computer skills in mechanical software for costing and stock control.
Key Competencies Required
• Experience in cost control, planning and execution of services as well as personal management and training people
• Leadership and ability to teach national staff
• Availability for working in UG environment
