- Reports to Commercial Director
- Prepare, exercise and responsible for the sales budget and sales target
- Prepare quotation for all the sales activity and sales business.
- Provide follow up action on all the sales, projects and collection
- To attend site meeting whenever necessary
- To achieve sales target allocated and budget expectation

Skills Required:: |
· A university degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
· A minimum of 5 to 7 years working experience in the construction industry but not mandatory (Intensive training will be provided)
· Proven track record in sales and /or practical site experience is preferred.
· Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with regards to the construction industry.
· Proficient in MS Office.
