1) Freight manifest reconciliation for headquarter
2) Auditing disbursement accounts submitted by our Asia agents
3) Liaising with local/overseas on any irregularities arise from audit
4) Processing of payment and reconciliation of various accounts statement and performing other general accounting function
5) To handle ad-hoc projects assigned
6) Training will be provided

Skills Required:: |
- Degree/Diploma holder and fresh graduates are welcome
- Meticulous, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Access)
- Must be prepared to learn new system applications
- Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Believe in team-driven culture
- Good organizational skills with positive attitude
- Possess the abilities to look beyond numbers with attention to details
- Must be bilingual
