Job description / Duties / (everyday activities):
The Delivery Manager is responsible for planning and managing the contracted services to the customer. The Manager has overall responsibility for commercial, service, and financial management. The Service Manager ensures that projects, staffing, and Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with customers, vendors, and service providers are being met as defined by the contractual statements of work. The manager is also responsible for the overall client satisfaction with the engagement.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
* Act as single point of delivery contact for the Customer and T-Systems.
* Monitor and report on service level compliance to Customers management.
* Responsible for managing and controlling costs in line with contract parameters
* Responsible for identifying and escalating revenue-generating initiatives.
* Implement and manage program controls and reporting.
* Develop plans for continuous improvement programs.
* Manage and implement contingency plans and corrections to achieve program goals.

Skills Required:: |
Qualifications:
* Catia experience required
* One Year PLM experience, with 6 months of TeamCenter
* Demonstrated customer oriented communication skills
* General technical knowledge of Networking / Unix (aix) / Windows SMS
* First level management, with focus on service and support
* ITIL & resource management experience
* Experience with managing multiple projects
* Experience with Service Desk Ticketing / Call management
* Experience with SLA and staff augmentation support environments
* Five to ten years managing service delivery or program management.
* Five to ten years managing supplier relationships.
* Experience managing and implementing contract terms and conditions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to interface with Client Sponsor and Management.
* Ability to organize and prioritize.
* Demonstrated leadership and people management.
* Experience in managing at Fortune 500 companies and multiple lines of business.
* Prior experience in a Service organization
* Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite.
* Problem solver, people person.
* Regular, predictable attendance.
* Other duties as assigned.
