We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV for a Manager, Document Review Services.

The Manager will provide daily oversight to the Document Review Center and its personnel, both employees and contractors; liaise directly with case teams and clients to ensure project needs are understood and attorney expectations are met; ensure Center procedures are followed and appropriate case documentation is maintained and that billing and other revenue targets are met; work closely with the Workflow Coordinators to ensure contractors are sourced appropriately and provided proper guidance and is expected to actively evaluate ways to improve Center operations and enhance services.

Skills Required::
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree required
• Active license with at least one bar association preferred
• Business background strongly preferred
• Strong technical and management background with 7+ years experience in progressive positions of responsibility preferred
• Three to five years experience in document review with at least one to two years in progressively responsible supervisory or management positions required
• Significant experience participating in privilege reviews required
• Experience managing contract personnel required
• Familiarity with leading document review platforms required
• Experience training professionals required
• Strong writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and client services skills
• Ability to work closely and confidently with many levels of business management
• Ability to multi-task while working on both long and short-term projects
• Ability to work autonomously and to prioritize and deliver on demanding deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, flexible, and to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong leadership presence and capabilities
