Job Description: Position : Customer Service and Administration Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Assist the International Business Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction, smooth business operation and administration.
2.Study, plan and implement the value chain system to improve the distribution efficiency for better customer service.
3.Manage the logistic of stocks / products to ensure on time distribution and delivery.
4.Maintain the relationship with governmental agencies, distributors and business partners to resolve issues and improve services.
5.Assist the Marketing Executive on event, roadshows, meeting and training to meet customers and distributors needs.
6.Identify the needs of customers / distributors, leaders and business partners to plan and implement programs to improve services and sales.
7.Assist the International Business Coordinator in developing strategies to improve services and increase sales.
8.Attend to customers` calls, inquiries and issues diligently. Study, analyze and propose ways and systems to improve the procedures.
9.Accept and process product orders. Ensure the smooth flow of operation and administration from the point of order to the point of delivery.
10.To proof read all marketing materials and training materials; and translate documents printed in Romanian or other languages to English.
11.Promote and market the company`s products.
12.Maintain an efficient filling system for the operations.
13.Assist in office administration works.
14.To handle the online product orders and payments.
15.To maintain the cleanliness of the office at all time.
16.To compose correspondence / reports and taking meeting minutes for the International Business Coordinator.
17.To arrange traveling for International Business Coordinator.
18.Other related tasks assigned from time to time to maintain the smooth operation of the office and business.

Skills Required::
1.Possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree.
2.A Hungarian citizen fluent in English (spoken and written), Hungarian, Romanian, German, Italian and other European languages will be an added advantage.
3.Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4.Independent with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5.With positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated and proactive.
6.A team player and customer focus.
7.Computer literate (familiar with MS Excel, Words, Power Point, etc.
