Full-time, "permanent", home-based EMR Implementation and Training position to be based in the Phoenix area.
Most training is conducted at the practice, where physicians and staff can use real patient data and your own computer system. After initial pre-implementation training, the trainers return as needed to help with major new tasks such as the first month’s patient statements.
Follow-up training, refresher courses, and new employee training can be conducted at the practice, at iMedica’s offices, or via WebEx in very effective, self-paced courses.
Typical Training Elements:.

End-user training in small, task-focused groups:

Skills Required:: |
Must be able to "think on your feet", possess outstanding communication skills, display patience and professionalism, and motivate active learning. Must be able to work independently and travel up to 75% of the time both regionally and out-of-state.
