For our client, a global organization providing a broad range of medical solutions, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Manufacturing Manager.
Main tasks:
The Manufacturing Manager joins the management team to ensure that the company delivers on time safe and quality innovative stream products to there customers.
Supporting the development of the sites business plan and responsible for the implementation and execution across their production facility.
Manages production performance to meet or improve upon targets for safety, cost, quality, delivery, compliance, equipment and people.
Major duties and responsibilities of the position:
- Safety - Active leadership and management task audits, risk assessments and safe working practice across the production facility to agreed targets.
- Assures compliance to GMP (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, MDD(93/42EEC).
- Quality - Supply of safe product for distribution on time.
- Cost - Delivery of production facility responsibilities within agreed costs.
- Coaching, managing and developing a committed, high-performing production team.
We require:
Education - B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Experience, requirements - 8 years manufacturing related, preferably in regulated industry, 5 years of experience in production management, experience in the medical device industry is a big advantage (ISO Medical Device environment).
Computer literate with Word, Excel, Power Point.
Exceptional team building, coaching, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, disciplined approach, flexibility.
Fluent Czech and English is a must.
