Our client is undertaking a prestigious project within Culture and Hospitality. They are now looking to recruit for the following positions to be based in Doha, Qatar:
Seafood Restaurant Manager Minimum 10-15 years experience in this capacity, possess good knowledge in serving and promoting seafood products as well as training the service staff.
Seafood Assistant Restaurant Manager Minimum 8-10 years experience in this capacity, possess good knowledge in serving and promoting seafood products as well as training the service staff.
Chef de Cuisine Minimum 10-15 years experience in this capacity, specialized in Spanish and Mediterranean seafood cuisine and preparation, previous direct interaction with seafood markets for purchasing fresh and live seafood.
Saucier/Gardemanger - 5-8 years experience and specialized in seafood cuisine and preparation.
Chef de Partie - 4-6 years experience and specialized in seafood cuisine and preparation.
Sous Chef - Minimum 8-10 years experience in this capacity and specialized in Sushi / Sashimi / Maki preparation.
To apply you will have experience in one of the above roles as shown above.
You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
