We are looking for Service Support Consultant: sap – fico / pp
Job Function :
• To Manage Glosap Roll out Project activities for and support service delivery
• The single point of contact between the project teams and the Clients.
• To ensure effective engagement with each clients for information gathering, preparation and deployment activities.
• Should be familiar with ITIL processes and their implementation
• ITIL certification will be added advantage
• Experience with SAP FI/CO or PP, IT Security, Monitoring, Mobile Mail
• Follows policies and procedures
• Able to handle multiple activities and priorities
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to understand SLAs and responsibilities to meet
• Provide analysis and trending of incidents
Requirement
• Single point of contact for assigned client during Services Rollout.
• Provide overall rollout planning and project management for assigned clients.
• Manage the communication between the assigned clients and OM deployment teams.
• Manage the schedule and status reporting to assigned clients.
• Manage the risks and issues that arise at the clients.
• Chair weekly status meeting with clients.
• Co-ordinate information collection requirement with clients.
