Functional Relationship:
o Purpose and Overall Objectives of the Position:
- To be part of the marketing team responsible for a strategic function that affectively
communications the airline products and services energetically and visibly to the targeted customers whilst maximizing the airline revenue/ profitability.
Responsibility:
1) To identify and manage the communication channels for which the company can reach its targeted customers.
2) To help develop and ensure branding consistency with the marketing messages that goes out from the company to our customers.
3) To work with relevant sections within the company in developing a consistent level of products or services delivery that meets the customers expectations or the promise in the marketing messages.
4) To measure or benchmarking the effectiveness of each channel of communication in terms of revenue generation and its cost in each respective regions.
5) To work with corporate communication function in coordinating commercial messages that does not conflict with our image strategy.
6) To work with relevant external parties such as the media, advertisers, broadcasters, web portals managers, etc for the purpose of communicating our marketing messages.

Skills Required:: |
Required Competencies and Attributes:
1) University degree preferred.
2) Minimum TWO years experience in the same field.
3) Strong interpersonal skills.
4) Project/ Event management skills.
5) Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
6) Occasional duty travel may be required.
