| Job Description: |

Well Optimization and production enhancement: perform nodal analysis and define the optimum gas lift injection per well (i.e. technical-economical); troubleshooting gas-lifted wells: chart analysis, gas lift design, etc; evaluate productivity losses (i.e. skin damage evolution, bottlenecks) and prepare remedial actions (i.e. acid job, wax cleanout, gas lift valves change out…); revise shut in wells, prepare reactivation programs for the selected candidates; estimation of wells potential.
Production Monitoring: Mmonitor production day by day, approve well test and define priority well shut in list; forecast production; program well tests and slick line operations (Build Ups, BHP, Tag fills, PLTs,…); ppdate formal databases and well information; asses metering performance and QA/QC metering process; basic PLT interpretation; process Gas Balance.
Operations Follow up: interact with other departments on the well program preparation, execution; capable of supervising offshore operations; engineer on duty (1 week/month) supervise onshore non rig operations; perform field visits (1-4 days month). |
Skills Required:: |
BSc Engineering.
Five or more years of relevant work experience as a Production Engineer.
Experience in sand control will be an advantage.
Team working ability and being pro-active is a must.
Trinidad & Tobago national. |
