Identifying, assessing and analyzing current and future needs in organizational and employee development to foster their career and skills growth for all levels of employees -Designing, implementing and managing programs to analyze evaluation feedback and implement changes/revisions to ensure organizational development and training activities are focused on business needs, corporate objectives and customer requirements -Designing, implementing and managing resources and consultation to management in the areas of practical problem solving, organizational development interventions and training solutions -Advising management on the appropriate application of tools and methodologies to diagnose, identify and resolve organizational issues -Facilitating intact work group interventions to enhance organizational effects. |
Skills Required:: |
Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Sciences, education or other related field;
A minimum of 3 years experience in an organizational and training environment.
Extensive experience in current organizational development theory -The ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer requirements.
Higher Degree or Extra courses will be highly considered. |
