Our client is a leading provider of software solutions to the Financial Services sector. With a truly global presence they are currently looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their growing team as a Business Account Manager in Cyprus.
This represents a unique and rewarding challenge for the successful candidate.
The Business Account Manager (BAM) is a Technical/Business Sales position and the successful candidate will be expected to further improve the existing relationships and develop new business with existing clients for both licensing and processing services.
Activities/Key Tasks:
• Establish and enhance client relationships
• Accountable for the day-to-day management of clients
• Establish and manage a long-term business contractual relationship with the selected client base
• Support the preparation of contractual documentation of proposals
• Manage the resolution of queries and provide client feedback
• Enhance the new billing potential with the client
• Participate in product, client and country based research projects

Skills Required:: |
Skills/Experience:
• University Graduate
• A minimum of 3-5 years sales and account management experience
• Ability to demonstrate a proven sales track record
• Ability to work on own initiative, whilst able to be part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Proven customer service skills
• Flexibility to travel overseas as required
