Function: Out Of Home Advertising Sales
Market: Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Area Representatives are required to generate advertising revenue through the sale of available inventory within contracted facilities.
Available inventory may consist of elevator door panels (both exterior and interior), walls, columns, escalator panels, stairs and other available areas as applicable.
Facilities consist of an international network of shopping malls, parking structures, office buildings, hotels and medical facilities.
Area Representative will be required to solicit clients by face to face cold calling, telephone appointment setting, make persuasive presentations and close sales.
Area Representatives will be home based independent contractors.
In addition to above sales functions, Area Representatives will be required to complete all necessary paperwork related to the sales process, prepare sales reports, prepare proposals, gather artwork from clients, collect advertising fees from clients, visually inspect client advertising placement and report to management on all areas of sales progress and client status.
Area Representatives will be paid based on a commission only structure.
Area Representatives may also enhance their earnings by contracting with new facilities that will add valuable advertising assets. An override will be paid on all advertising placed in new facilities acquired by the Area Representative regardless of which Area Representative sells the advertising.

Skills Required:: |
2+ years of advertising or B2B sales experinced preferred but will train the right entry level candidate. Must possess a highly positive attitude and great work ethic. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for people with vision looking to rapidly advance as a result of their successful sales efforts. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and have a scanner |
