| Job Description: |
• Widely experienced in: Fiberglass works, manufacturing and laminating products and articles from fiberglass mixed with resin such as bodies for boats, bathroom units, all kinds 0f tanks, pipes, canopies, building and landscaping components, vehicles and swimming pools.
• Must have past work experienced as a Forman at fiberglass factory or well-known workshop
• Must have very good knowledge of making all kind of moulds and fiberglass materials
Job Descriptions:
• Train workshop workers
• Plan, schedule, organizes and supervise smooth running of the workshop.
• Responsible for the day today running activity of workshop ensuring that all skilled and UN skilled workers understand their area of responsibilities and carryout their given tasks efficiently and diligently
• Ensure quality of the work and products is as per project specification and satisfaction of consultant and client.
• Trim excess materials from molds, using hand shears or trimming knives.
• Organize and maintain the workshop
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote good practice with the workshop.
• Conduct performance development reviews and staff appraisals.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.

Skills Required:: |
• Read drawings and blueprints.
• Professional and expert in all of fiberglass products manufacturing works
• Mix resin/catalyst, or chemicals according to specifications.
• Use spray application production equipment.
• Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand.
• Perform repetitive tasks in assembly setting.
• Measure, weigh, or count products or materials.
• Read specifications.
• Read work orders, instructions, formulas, pr processing charts.
• Check all dies, templates, and cutout patterns to be used in the manufacturing process to ensure that they conform to dimensional data, photographs, blueprints, samples, and/or customer specifications
• Check completed products for conformance to specifications and for defects by measuring with rulers or micrometers, by checking them visually, or by tapping them to detect bubbles or dead spots.
• Use hand or power tools.
• Repair or modify damaged or defective glass-fiber parts, checking thicknesses, densities, and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.
• Select precut fiberglass mats, cloth, and wood bracing materials as required by projects being assembled.
• College or institute degree.
• At least with 5-10 years work experience in fiberglass factory as a Forman
• Strong and leading personality
• Good leadership and administration skills.
• Very good English writing ,speaking and reading
• Can independently set up, start and manage new fiberglass workshop or small factory
• Holding driving license
• Non smoker
• GCC experience will be advantage
Age between 30 to 40 years old

Our company service charges 35,000/= Including Air ticket & immigration if required. Only Indian required.
