Seeking a Supervisor of mobile blood collections
- Full Time - Multiple positions available
- Varied Shifts
- HS + education as RN, MA, MT, EMT or other healthcare field.
- Valid PA Driver``s License
- 1 year previous management experience required
- 2 years of blood collection experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Responsible for daily on-site management of an assigned Mobile Unit or Community Donor Center collection activities. Functions in a leadership role providing staff with guidance and direction to ensure technical compliance with CBBs Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory agencies. Provides staff with coaching, counseling and discipline regarding performance issues. Maintains technical skills in all aspect of donor processing. Supports the philosophy, goals and objectives of CBB. HS education plus post-secondary education as an RN, MA, MT, or EMT or related healthcare major. Strong phlebotomy skills and a broad understanding of medical terminology and disease process. At least 1 year of previous management experience. 2+ years experience in blood collections. Demonstrated leadership ability. Able to evaluate effectiveness of problem resolution.
