Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Bristol, Ct
Reports To: Finance Manager
Description: The incumbent will contribute to the overall organization by providing financial analysis and decision support services.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and timely forecasting and analysis of company’s International businesses and currency hedging within the Latin American region
• Provide planning and logistical support to the Latin American regional offices and finance management on financial consolidation and dissemination
• Prepare and analyze variances of monthly actuals to annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Work with senior leaders and peers on strategic projects
Qualifications: The incumbent must possess strong analytical skills and be capable of completing complex tasks with minimal direction in an efficient manner. Detail oriented with the ability to analyze overall financial picture as well as communicate well with peers of varying backgrounds, cultures and senior management. Adept to working in a fast paced environment with the demand for extended hours.
1. Bachelor`s degree
2. Experience as a Senior Financial Analyst
3. Experience in financial planning
4. Proficient in forecast and variance analysis
5. Experience in strategic projects and in applying some form of valuation (e.G. Discounted Cash Flows, Net Present Values, Internal Rate of Return, etc.) technique(s) to a project
6. Proficient in database development as well as all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

2. Experience in modeling excel based information to/from a structured financial database (SAP)
