| Job Description: |
As a Concierge, this resort team members acts as a coordinator in behalf of the resort with other service providers crucial for each guests` over-all experience. The Concierge liases with the Butler Team in providing the guests arrangements for transfers, courier, translations, shopping etc. They are also in-charge of tailor-making tours for the guests. The position reports directly to the Front Office Manager. It is the Concierge Team`s duty to accredit vendors providing direct services to the resort`s guests including shops, restaurants, galleries and tour providers. It the Concierge team`s duty to periodically assess and spot check as well as ensure that the guests of the resort are extended preferential treatment and added benefits by these accredited suppliers. The Concierge team must be completely and timely knowledgeable of all the latest offerings within the city of Siem Reap. |
Skills Required:: |
For ladies, at least 5`4 in height. For gents, at least 5`7 in height. No morethan 30 years old. Must be friendly and confident in bearing. Currently acheiving or has accomplished Bachelors degree or similar in Marketing, Hotel Management is preferred. Competence in MS Office programmes required. Profiency in English is requried and a second European Language (French, Spanish, German or Russian ) will be an advantage. |
