„X Broad experience in the management and operation of aquaculture / fish farming industry.
„X Knowledge and awareness of Workplace Health and Safety rules and regulations, including a sound knowledge of safe working practices.
„X Previous demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
„X IT / Computer literate.
