Job Title : Manager – Business Development
Objective of the Job:
• Identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities in the region leading to the growth, expansion and diversification in the Oil & Gas division of Shanfari Group.
Details of Role:
• Identify, evaluate and create new business opportunities in the region by way of joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, start-ups, et al.
• Undertake preliminary studies on economic feasibility and financial viability of the opportunities.
• Recognize emerging patterns and develop opportunities through market intelligence and business relationships.
• Support the strategic planning process and perform SWOT analysis of competitors, suppliers and buyers in the local and regional markets.
• Assess economic trends for opportunities arising out of the region and global events, as well as the technological shifts impacting directly on the Group business
• Establish criteria on a case by case basis for the selection of joint venture partners.
• Negotiate/analyze agreements and contracts with other professional advisors.
• Advise Management team on all issues related to Business Development.
Salary
• For a person with 15 yrs with the above qualifications we will pay around USD 5000 per month as base salary and will provide with a 3 bedroom apartment, a car or equivalent allowance, and annual passage ticket for self and family to native country.

Skills Required:: |
Person Profile
• Must be a graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience and possessed with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Business developer with a proven and successful track record.
• Quick and fast response to opportunities.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Must have exposure to Oil&Gas business in Middle east.
• Computer literate for the purpose of business analysis project evaluations and presentations.
• Around 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Business Development.
