Bulwork First It/ Ites Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit for one of the top three IT companies in the Usa:
Swedish Speakers
Your main responsibilities will be:
Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter
Action accounts receivable requests
Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances
Report on a weekly base to senior staff
Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment
Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers
Very good writing skills in SWEDISH language
Good command of English language |
Skills Required:: |
Requirements for the position:
Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
Good computer skills MS Office (Excel)
Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
Preferable working knowledge of financial systems
Collection Experience is an advantage
