NP’s and MD’s needed immediately for home assessments in the Albany Rochester, Syracuse and or Buffalo areas of New York. Must currently be living in or near these areas or relocate at your cost.
Must have all med doc`s current.
Must be able to commit to @ least 16HRS/WK or 16 Assessments....paid/home visit which is 45min, with paper work to be completed following visit, visits can include early evening and some weekends depending on your availability
Must be licensed in NYS.
Must be able to complete background checks
Must be able to work until the end of the year.
