Instructor Training And Development Coordinator
Work nationwide USA with our staff of foreign language instructors, including teachers of over 40 languages!
Take responsibility for providing pre-service training via online teleconferencing technology (WebEx).
Train our instructors in the use of Communicative Approach teaching techniques: task-based learning, no-translation methodology.
Coach and mentor existing staff with individualized professional development plans
Set up and oversee online professional learning communities of instructors.
Travel extensively to visit our many fixed-post locations around the USA.
Home base is Orlando, FL

Skills Required:: |
Experience in training foreign language instructors.
Fluency in one or more foreign langauges (South and East Asian LL a plus.)
Expert knowledge of Communicative Approach principles,
methods and techniques.
Expert knowledge of task-based learning lesson planning and delivery.
Ability to work independently
Ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of time)
Excellent trackrecord in teamwork, interfacing with different department and multicultural management skills.
