Bulwork First It/ Ites Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit for one of the top three IT companies in the Usa:
Italian speakers for a new shared service center
Your main responsibilities will be:
Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter
Action accounts receivable requests
Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances
Report on a weekly basis to senior staff
Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment
Liaise with colleagues from the Financial department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers
Very good writing skills in ITALIAN language
Good command of English language
