Main responsibilities :
(1), Leading sales team to implement annual & quarter sales plans regulated by board of directorate.
(2), Grow sales channels in respective area
(3), Penetrate into new markets.
(4), .Make training for sales members, award good sales department members; Punish & lay off incompetent sales department members.
(5), Cooperate with each subsidiary of our group to accomplish order from customers.
(6), Establish long-term favorable relation with custom.
(7), Well-cooperate with Sales department members, mutual assistance & learn each other`s good points for common progress.
(8), Participate domestic and international exhibition to look for new customers.
(9), According to the latest domestic & international markets trend, make analysis & estimation on sales market, and then submit reasonable strategy & plan & program to chairman

Skills Required:: |
1.Fluent in both spoken English .
2.Excellent communication skills
3.The ability to communicate to senior management in both multinational and local companies
4, .Strong business acumen and sound corporate knowledge

7, Can working under high pressure.
8, Excellent literacy ability .
9, Excellent ability to architect plans and strategies.
