Role: Customer Service Agent
Assignment: Telecommunications
Shifts: Day, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available.
Location: 4902 W. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33634
Rate of Pay: $10-12.50.Hr
One Touch Direct provides outsourced calling solutions to Fortune 500 companies. We sell a variety of consumer direct products and services to both existing and new customers. In this role you will speak with existing customers who call with questions regarding a product or service. The right candidate will engage the customer by listening to their need or concern and answering questions or providing product or service solutions in a positive, professional manner.
