Export Sales Manager - Adjacent Markets
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Sector: Agri-Food (Multinational)
Accountable for:
• Planning, developing and recommending the implementation of short and long term sales strategies and policies to achieve Company goals.
• Coordinating efforts and plans with the appointed Distributors in the area of the Maghreb in order to optimize the business growth and achieve set sales targets.
• Provides sales training and direction to the distribution sales force.
• Maintains and improves competitive positioning while insuring maximum business volume at
optimum cost.
• Promotes implements and supports practices related to environmental issues as per Standard
Operating Procedures.
• Develops recommends and gains approval of the Management for the annual sales plan.
• Measures in a continuous manner, progress towards set goals and adapt internal changes inherent to the Company, external changes relating to the economy and market potential and trends and Positioning with regards to the competition.
• In collaboration with Marketing & Trade Marketing Department, proposes & implements Marketing Plans in assigned Markets.
• Conducts feasibility studies that determine the size of the business opportunity and cost of entry into new markets.

Skills Required:: |
Education
Bac + 4, Bac + 5, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience
• Five to seven years sales experience (Ideally agri-food) in west African markets
