Role Description:
Answering general queries from clients;
Responding to leads from our website and telesales;
Identifying and approaching prospective buyers;
Lead and viewings management via your extranet tasks List;
Show properties to prospective buyers and have ability to articulate benefits, attributes, etc;
Prepare and submit proposals;
Complete sales process by handle negotiation with prospective
Monitor sales as they proceed;
Maximize every opportunity for more business.
Keeping up to date with current trends in the local residential property market.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve sales and service levels;

For this challenging position, we are looking for a person who works well in a very entrepreneurial organization, someone who possesses strong networking and organization skills.
The successful candidate should have the following profile:
At least 3-5 years Real Estate industry experience and In-depth real estate knowledge;
Excellent English communication skills and a distinct client orientation;
The ability to speak additional foreign language/s a strong benefit, but not essential;
Meet pre-agreed targets and Demonstrate high standards of professionalism;
Ability to adaptively prioritize tasks and to close business deals;
Key Attributes sought are an independent individual, self-starter with a professional, articulate & outgoing personality, who has the ability to multi-task with good IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc).
You must:
Pose 3-5 yrs of Real Estate Sales/Leasing experience
International sales experience would be an advantage
Those candidates who have proven sales track record in Hotel/Banking industry may also be considered for this position
